The CEO Headshot & Clarity Lab is a curated, in-person experience for women business owners who want updated professional headshots and clearer messaging around their business.

This is not a traditional headshot event — and it’s not a content marathon.

It’s a focused, high-touch experience designed to help you look the part and walk away knowing exactly how to talk about your business.

• Need updated professional headshots

• Feel like their business message is unclear or inconsistent

• Want to feel more confident explaining what they do

• Are building credibility, visibility, or authority in their industry

What You’ll Walk Away With:

Each participant will receive:

• An individual professional headshot session with Miami based photographer Joshua Venegas

• Three (3) professionally edited headshots

• A guided group clarity session led by Lauren J. Buckner, Esq.

• An express 1:1 clarity check-in with Lauren to refine your business message

• Light refreshments and networking opportunities

How the Experience Works:

• We’ll begin with a 30-min group strategy session to help you tighten your business strategy and message for 2026.

• Headshot sessions will run in scheduled 15-min rotations.

• While others are shooting, you’ll have the opportunity for a brief, individual express business clarity check-in with Lauren.

• You’ll leave with notes, direction, and next steps — no fluff.

This is an active, working experience.

To ensure a high-quality experience, this lab is intentionally small.

Only 12 spots are available.

Once spots are filled, registration will close.

• Once registered, your spot is reserved and non-refundable. You will receive a calendar link to select your headshot time slot.
• You will receive a brief pre-event intake to help us prepare.
• You must arrive on time for your scheduled headshot time. You are not required to stay for the entire event.
• Final images will be delivered following the event.
